We focused on listening to the customers needs and giving them a completed job that was above their expectations. In 2001 we designed and built our own home "Willona" Homestead in Roma and entered the home in the HIA Building Wards. This home won awards in many different categories. These awards can be viewed on our web site. This was the motivation for us to design and build homes. Being locals from this western region we understand the needs of local people and the district. Three different ranges of home designs have been developed to meet these requirements. We encourage every customer to have input in creating each home as an individual design rather than mass production as is common with larger building companies. </p> <p>Customer Expectations: We have always tried to ensure our customers are provided with the very best construction advice and product. A product that will stand any objective test. A product that is durable, affordable and is better by its design. It is our ambition to ensure that every customers building experience is a an enjoyable one and our workmanship is second to none. We act on the principle that it is better to turn the work down away than provide a cheap quote and give inferior products and service. Customer Service: Communication between all levels of our business in encouraged. We will endeavour to keep customers, office staff, subcontractors and local authorities informed at all times. This will help to alleviate any concerns or delays throughout the building process. Customer Care: Once you have moved into your new home we will continue to follow up with 6 month warranty.
